Outer labia

Sorry if this is a repeat question. I’ve not seen any answer so I’ll risk asking again. Are you aware of outer labia being surgically opened as the in the image I’ve included suggests? Opening up the labia about a half an inch behind the forward edge and either suturing taping said incision to remain open.

I do not exactly understand what the picture is supposed to represent, I am assuming you want the outer labia to be less prominent so that the inner labia is more exposed and accessible? If this is the case, the most logical procedure would be to remove a football shaped section of the outer labia (outside of the sharpie marks in the picture), and suture the wound closed. This would pull the outer labia outwards and make them more “open”.

  1. Hi Sean, It is not my intention to remove any of the outer labia. It is my intention to open up a long slit where the sharpie marks are in the picture. We have definite plans for her labia. Intending to attach a garter strap to each outer labia to hold up stockings. Also to be used with a shackle and leash. Her inner labia can hold one inch diameter jumbo jewelry.

  2. I think maybe the person was asking if it was possible to create another set of labia…like two outer sets. By splitting the outside and taping it in such a way to keep the split between the two new labia open.

  3. I get it now Tom, sorry I misunderstood before. What you desire to do is much more complicated than what I had originally answered. While it is not as involved as the bipedicle flap I mentioned last question, it will most likely require a similar procedure.

I don’t have any photo editing software on this computer but imagine changing the 2 lines that look like this ” II ” into incisions that look more like this ” ][ “. This would create a flap that could be folded over and sewn to itself. It has to be sufficient enough to maintain blood flow and the inner pair of outer labia will need closure as well. So this is the extremely dumbed down answer for you, not a how to guide. What you want is fairly complicated and would require a VERY skilled, experienced practitioner to have any chance of healing.

  4. Nah it aint that complicated. But you don’t want a piercer/suspender or anyone similar doing this for fun, you want an experienced surgeon who knows how to do it.
