Hey, I just got my Apadravya 5 days ago, and I noticed a small tear on the top of the exithole. I’m wondering if this is a natural occurance with all the motion, or if this is reason for concern? I feel no pain, but the hole bleeds just a very small amount everytime I put the foreskin over.

This is quite common with Apadravya piercings, especially if you are uncircumcised, as the piercing will naturally want to ‘pull forward’ to a spot that it sits comfortable.

I wouldn’t stress too much about it as it appears to be well done and at a decent gauge. Just keep an eye on it and if it appears to be getting worse, go see your piercer.
